On 1st January 1963 the parent company changed its name to Baker Perkins Holdings Ltd and ceased to be involved in any trading or manufacturing activities. A new subsidiary company was formed, taking over the name Baker Perkins Ltd., to operate the Westwood and Bedewell factories.
- Share Certificate for Baker Perkins Inc. Note, this carries the seal of Baker Perkins Inc, dated 1920 – the year of acquisition of the Saginaw factory by Joseph Baker, Sons & Perkins Ltd (later Baker Perkins).
- The Seal Embossing Machine.
- A seal in use at the time that Westwood Works closed
in 1992. The design features a Beaver – referring to the Company’s origins in North America.
