Baker Perkins Company Documents & the Company Seal



  1. Memorandum and Articles of Association of Baker Perkins Ltd.

  2. Memorandum and Articles of Association of Baker Perkins Holdings.

    On 1st January 1963 the parent company changed its name to Baker Perkins Holdings Ltd and ceased to be involved in any trading or manufacturing activities. A new subsidiary company was formed, taking over the name Baker Perkins Ltd., to operate the Westwood and Bedewell factories.

  3. Share Certificate for Baker Perkins Inc. Note, this carries the seal of Baker Perkins Inc, dated 1920 – the year of acquisition of the Saginaw factory by Joseph Baker, Sons & Perkins Ltd (later Baker Perkins).

  4. The Seal Embossing Machine.

  5. A seal in use at the time that Westwood Works closed in 1992. The design features a Beaver – referring to the Company’s origins in North America.
